When you submit our contact/request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, country, the car you're interested in, your budget range, and any message you write. If you contact us via WhatsApp directly, we receive whatever information is visible in that conversation.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you've requested — sourcing, exporting, and delivering a vehicle. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.
Where your information goes
Form submissions are sent directly to our email inbox at sales@lystronmotors.com. If you reach us via WhatsApp, that conversation takes place on WhatsApp's platform (operated by Meta) and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
